Background

Nicole Roberts, CFP®, is a financial planner for widows and the host of the He’s Gone But the Money’s Not podcast. She is the voice of clarity for women and men confronted by the gargantuan task of managing their family’s wealth after the loss of a spouse. In this capacity, she works with real estate, legal, tax, and estate professionals to bring them into the next stage of life and establish a firm foundation for their future years. 

Nicole made many life and professional decisions as a single person, getting married a little later, and feels strong affinity for women who must make a plan on their own. This has helped her empathize with her clients in as a financial advisor for divorced, single, or widowed women.

Nicole grew up on a potato farm in Pingree, Idaho. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business with a finance emphasis in 2011. She has worked in portfolio management, spent time at Fidelity Investments working in trading and annuities, and then joined Waddell & Reed Financial Advisors. She obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and in 2017, she joined Rock House Financial.

Nicole loves to be in the mountains biking, snowboarding, and skiing. She likes to be involved with the community and is a member of the BYU Management Society. Her husband, Allyn, works in cybersecurity for Intermountain Healthcare. They live in Kaysville with their pugs, Link and Alby, and young sons Coen and Ander.
