Nicole Roberts, CFP®, started in portfolio management researching stocks, but after hours alone with a computer, she quickly realized she wanted a career with more personal interaction and a direct impact on people’s financial lives. After changing her focus to personal finance, she obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification to provide the highest fiduciary standard of service to her clients. She uses her research skills to understand the best investments and strategies to help her clients achieve their goals. She participates regularly in continuous education to stay up to date and has done in depth study courses on divorce and Federal employee benefits.
Nicole grew up on a potato farm in Pingree, Idaho. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business with a finance emphasis in 2011. She has worked in portfolio management, spent time at Fidelity Investments working in trading and annuities, and then joined Waddell & Reed Financial Advisors. In 2017, she joined Rock House Financial to provide her clients with a comprehensive, team-based and experience.
Nicole loves to be in the mountains biking, snowboarding, and skiing. She likes to be involved with the community and is a member of the BYU Management Society. Her husband, Allyn, works in cybersecurity for Intermountain Healthcare. They live in Kaysville with their pugs, Link and Alby, and son, Coen.
Nicole made many life and professional decision as a single person, getting married a little later, and feels strong affinity for women who must make a plan on their own. She strives to be a partner and resource to help women who are divorced, single, or widowed make a plan to help them have independence, take care of their families, and live their dream life.
